Anne was a devoted mother of Roxanne,Chloe and Lauren
a special daughter of Lily
a loving sister of Geoff,Pete,Karen and John
Anne passed away after a short illness and will be sadly missed by all family and friends.

We often think of bygone days,
When we were all together,
The family chain is broken now,
But memories will live forever,
To us, you have not gone away,
Nor has you travelled far,
Just entered God's eternal home,
And left the gate ajar.
If we had all the world to give,
We'd give it, yes, and more,
To hear his voice, see his smile,
And greet him at the door.
But all we can do, ,
Is go and tend your grave,
And leave behind tokens of love,
To the best loved one God made
I stood by your bed last night,
I came to have a peep.
I could see that you were crying,
you found it hard to sleep.
I looked at you softly
as you brushed away a tear,
'It's me, I haven't left you,
I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here.'
I was close to you at breakfast
I watched you pour your tea,
You were thinking of the many times,
your hands reached out to me.
I was with you at the shops today,
your arms were getting sore.
I longed to help with shopping,
I wish I could do more.
I walked with you towards the house,
as you fumbled for your key.
I gently put my hand on you,
I smiled and said 'it’s me.'
You looked so very tired
and sank into a chair.
I tried so hard to let you know,
that I was standing there.
It's possible for me to be
so near you everyday.
To say to you with certainty,
'I never went away.'
You sat there very quietly,
then smiled, I think you knew,
In the stillness of that evening,
I was very close to you.
The day is over...I smile
and watch you yawning,
and say 'goodnight, God bless,
I'll see you in the morning.'
And when the time is right for you
to cross the brief divide,
I'll rush across to greet you
and we'll stand, side by side.
I have so many things to show you,
there is so much to see.
Be patient, live your journey out...
then come home to be with me.

Of angel wings and heavenly things
There’s very little known,
For those who have the answers
Are, forever, from us gone.
Life in the hereafter,
In faith, I must accept;
Thoughts that trouble not the people
With families still intact.
But, those of us who’ve travelled
Down the lonely path of grief,
Are forever seeking answers
To the riddle, which is life.
We trek through shadowed forests
Past the ugly shroud of death,
Toward a promise for the future
Of a kinder, better place.

would give anything for you to meet our ryan mam... he is a image of me when i was a little 'un. you would idolise him like we all do. me and nana always get on sayn how non ov us would have a look in with you cos you would be all over him and ya wud cos he a little topper of another generation... he is so funny and mischievious- keeps us all smiling when we feeling down. he walking around the furniture now so keeps us BUSY! tell him about his special nana all the time and i know he will always have a special love for you.
no need to tell you how much we miss and want you with us because u will already know ... so hope you partying good up there and havin a few laughs on our behalf.... love you soo much mam

XX Hi Anne sorry not been on for a while but still thought about you every day. I have added some more photos of our Ryan for you. We tell him your his special nana in the sky. He is coming down tomorrow to see me so i will take some more photos. He is so funny the things he gets up to and he loves Molly and Charlie. He might have to have a operation on his foot they are going to try physio first so fingers crossed he might not need a operation. I will speak to you again soon Anne Miss you so much Karen.XX

BACK TO WORK
XX Hi Anne went back to work on Tuesday feling alot better now, i have a numbness sensation in my left leg but i can cope with it. I go back to see the consultant on the 18th so i will mention it if it is still there.
The weather is lovely at the minute and the weekend has to be nice typical i am at work. Our Ryan was here yesterday he is growing so fast still a little smiler and such a beautiful little thing.He shouts my name and he loves our Molly and Charlie. Speak to you again soon lots of love Karen.XX
